About the event
In some cases, getting paint all over your body doesn't have to be a waste. The World Bodypainting Festival is one such occasion. For three days, artists use the bodies of hundreds of models as canvases, covering them from head to toe in paint of every shade and style. It happens every summer in Austria - poor models couldn't be left with just paint for clothes in winter - and it's also a great place to go if you want to find out a bit more about the art form, or even try it out for yourself.
